unfortunately, i didn't spot the sign until i had already "tested" the back scratcher on my scabies- and open wound-covered skin. oops.
seriously though, i am a little curious about what sort of incident would prompt someone to post such a warning.
uh... on second thought, knowing the people in baltimore, i really don't want to know...
