I haven't been feeling well lately, so i was a bit annoyed when i was quite abruptly woken up from my nyquil-induced slumber by someone noisily banging around in the bathroom (which is adjacent to my room) just before 1am last night. i managed to fall back asleep eventually, but little did i know, that was not the worst of it...


this morning i got out of bed, eager to splash some cold water on my face after a relatively restless night, only to discover this:

i think at this point i simultaneously gasped and shrieked, which of course led to a violent coughing fit due to my cold/flu/bronchitis situation.
